Welcome to the Gobstyks Hall of Heroes. How it all works:
I was thinking that we could create a "Hall of Fame"
detailing Ladder winners, Tournament winners & such things.
This could be combined with a points scoring system to see who are the gaming GODs in
Gobstyks.
Points system
Internal Events
Tournaments - Number of players less your final position
eg 26-5=21pts
Bonus 20pts for 1st, 15pts for 2nd, 10pts for 3rd
Campaigns - Number of players less you final position
eg 20-3=17pts
Bonus 20pts for 1st, 15pts for 2nd, 10pts for 3rd
Ladders - +5pts per rung
eg rung 2 of 5 = 15pts or rung 4 of 5 = 5pts ie no points for the bottom rung
Normal Games - +5 for a win, -2 for a loss & +2 for a draw
This would also show who are the anti-GODs of Gobstyks
(Yes Kelly you can have less than 0pts)
This is a good time to start as we have just had a Tournament with which to start the ball
rolling......

So without further delay here are the standings at : 29 Nov 2001 I
will from now on only include the most current GoD & Gobstykia results, points scored
for games & Ladders. The people who run the Campaigns will keep their score from the
previous Campaign,
eg I (Will) ran GoD3, but score for GoD2 so get 34 points (15-1+20). |
