And I think the American for it's a Date is YOUR ON!!!!!!
Right, good morning team. My name is Lord Rhakorta and I'm the new minister in charge
of High Elf genocide. Now, if you play straight with me you'll find me a considerate
employer, but cross me and you'll find that under this calm exterior beats the heart of a
ruthless sadistic maniac.

Talabheim Chronicles
A report has been received this evening, that the forces of the Countess suffered an
ignominious defeat at the hands/claws/tentacles of a force of marauding demons, lead by a
mighty follower of the deity called "Nurgle".
The Countess's champion was last heard wailing "But it was the book" as his
bedraggled forces managed to avoid complete rout by slipping away as darkness fell.
The demonic forces are now seeking other armies to beat. One unconfirmed report is that
their leader was once a close relation to a former Emperor and may be seeking the throne
itself! |

Re: Talabheim Chronicles
So, her ladyship was defeated by an army of diseased warriors. Sounds like nothing
unusual there...

Re: Talabheim Chronicles
Where it not for the most fiendish use of the rulebook ever to grace the Warhammer
gaming tables The Empire was odds on for an almost certain victory. Are there no depths to
which these chaos players will sink in order to win a game.
Dieters captain did her proud and proved he is possibly the second best general the Empire
has to offer at the moment (after me of course ). When I take the
throne I will offer him the position to command one of my armies in a glorious crusade!

More derriere licking, eh Vandervalk. Do the depths these pretenders will plummet to
know no bounds. It will be a honour, nay a pleasure, to exterminate these foul upstarts in
the name of his most exalted, Sigmar Heldenhammer...

Ha! Lichten-ass you slack jawed pop-in-jay! You have to get past the old slapper to get
to me and with your puny excuse for an army I hardly think that likely! Your
generals
will only be fit for scullery duties at my coronation feast.

Re: To all would be Emperors
Oh, my dear, dear Vandervalk... Are these delusional dreams a result of some blow to
the head, or they because of the inbreeding in your family. The way you wield your 'army'
is quite frankly a joke. Your troops are ill-disciplined and prone to running off the
table if someone as much as sneezes nearby.
I fear if you must maintain this air of importance, then the fair city of Marienburg will
once more be ground under the hell of the Empire. If you value your
independence, give up
this unobtainable notion that you could possibly win this conflict or rule the great and
proud Empire.
I throw the gauntlet at your six-toed feet. Be a man and remove yourself from the running
before you do more than just make a fool of yourself...

Incidentally, are we going to use these Knightly Order rules. Should be fun...

Re: To all would be Emperors
Yes I think we should all play our own customised Knightly orders. We should
co-ordinate so no two are the same and a little piece of background text should also be
included. (rules themselves to not create character)

Re: To all would be Emperors
My Knights are true knights, Guardians of the true Empress (and painted as Reiksguard
so follow their rules).
I shall also be taking to the field in this campaign (as I managed to get a suitable model
from warhammer world this weekend). So beware false pretenders.
Yours,
Dieter. |

Re: To all would be Emperors
I can't remember the rules exactly, but my Order are the Order of the Silver Cross, and
were formed prior to the war with Manfred von Carstein, in order to better know and defeat
the undead known as 'vampyres'.
There rules are they count as magical weapons, as they have a silver coating, but are
unlucky, as they have unleashed the wrath of some powerful vampire, who wishes to see the
Order destroyed...
Again, the magical weapons will have no effect in this campaign, but it did seem the most
appropriate...

Re: To all would be Emperors
I would if I had your e-mail address.
Rieksguard knights only have the resolute advantage (Stubborn on the 1st turn of combat)
and no disadvantage but cost 1point per model more.
Blessed knights attacks count as magical for 1 point per model, but a jinxed unit can once
per game be made to re-roll any 1 d6 roll for -2 points per model making the knights of
the silver cross 1 point cheaper.
I shall provide copies of the knightly order rules along with the map.
